REL Professional Services

I have known owner of REL for years, and requested a quote for a new ceiling in my basement with recessed lighting. Got the quote and accepted it. During the process the owner realized he underbid himself and needed to include those additional costs to me. I reluctantly agreed to it because we knew each other personally. Took months to get the job done as the owner took on other jobs and put me on a back burner. Something that should have taken a week or less went on for months. To date I have not heard back from the owner. Worst of all I paid him in full and he never completed the job. Had to pay someone else to complete the job that I paid REL Professional Services to do. Would not recommend at all.
