OVC has been in operation for over 8 years and is focused on private and public works. We have achieved a reputation of utmost quality and performance. The owner of OVC (Larry Parada) has 23 years of direct experience both commercial and residential in the field of Electrical and Solar design and installation. In addition, Mr. Parada has been the front man for major projects for the following customers: LACDC, MTA, Cal State Hayward, Lynwood Unified School District, West Covina Unified School District, Conejo Valley Unified School District, Fillmore Unified School District, Oxnard Unified School District, Loyola Marymount (Los Angeles, CA), LAUSD, IBM, Verizon, VA Hospital, various hotel chains, religious institution, and Various Private sector projects.
