Ezra Malernee has been Inspecting Homes throughout Northeast Ohio for over 25 years. He holds the designation "Certified Inspector" with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), member #10795 and is a Past President of the Ohio Chapter of ASHI. His past career as a Carpenter/Contractor led him to a interest in old construction methods and details. That led him to get an associates degree in Applied Science Building Preservation/Restoration from Belmont College, St. Clairsville, Ohio. Older home are a speciality but Ezra is just as knowable about new homes and all the newer components. We are also licensed by the state of Ohio to test for Radon an Inspect for Wood Destroying Insects. Reports are computer generated and sent out by email.
