The quick sale helped the seller avoid paying mortgages on two properties. | Investment Property for 1031 Exchange | Dec 2014 | This was a rental property for the seller. The tenant made it difficult to sell the home with them present. The tenant was given notice to vacate and then the house readied for market and sold for a high price. I helped in working with the tenant and getting the house ready to sell by suggesting improvements which did not cost much but gave a high return on the final value of the property.
