Two Men And A Truck

Very unhappy with this experience!! Truck was supposed to arrive 4 hours before it actually showed up. When I called to complain, I was told the time information had not been relayed by a staff member, however we had the work order showing the expected time of arrival which was the earlier time! The manager acted as though it was not that big of a deal, that it was "human error", and those things happen. I am very frustrated with their service and attitude and we will definitely not be using them again! We were an entire day late with the move which was extremely inconvenient and stressful.
