I worked with Melanie Foster and had a great experience. She kept us informed of every step in the process to get the Termite, Septic and Well water inspection need for the sale of our house. They completed all the inspections and sent the completed reports directly to the closing attorney. Highly recommend them for inspections needed for the sale of a house.
