Anne Oliver Real Estate

Anne, a native to Virginia, relocated to Charlottesville in 2002 after living in Washington, D.C., Dallas, Texas and Chicago, Illinois for 15 years. She was first introduced to Charlottesville while attending the University of Virginia's summer program. Her business is designed to provide clients with the highest level of service and unique residential and/or investment opportunities. She's on top of the Charlottesville areas real estate scene and active in all avenues of the market: private residences, new construction, as well as the condo and townhome community. Anne thrives in helping her clients find the property of their dreams. She not only has an impressive understanding of real estate markets, but is sincerely interested in listening to her client's concerns, needs and expectations. When she is not working with clients she enjoys spending time with her children Payton and Christian, both aspiring pianists and athletes. Anne enjoys traveling with her family and early morning workouts. She also enjoys skiing, cycling and tennis.
