Harry Cole and his staff are unreliable, untrustworthy and poor professionals. They came out to repair my LG front load washer. They started a drain and spin cycle and immediately said nothing was wrong. I informed them of my issue smoke and loud banging during the spin cycle but they insisted nothing was wrong. I called back multiple times to try and resolve this matter each time I was told I will give you a call back and the call was never made. I had my home warranty company come out and the spider has broken parts have been ordered for repair. Harry Cole and his staff took my money without completing the job they were hired for and now they refuse to fix the washer
