Make sure you call Tidewater ChemDry 757-424-3615 and talk to Casey Bradshaw as other ChemDry companies will not give you full service. Example: I called Green Dog ChemDry from mail booklets for discounts and they refused to send someone out to quote me, said they only send them out to do the job and then give you a price after you are committed! Sorry I won't deal with a company like that. So I took a chance and called Tidewater ChemDry and spoke to a wonderful young lady, Casey Bradshaw at 757-424-3615 explained that my parents’ home was empty due to Alzheimer's they are now in memory care and I am in charge of clearing out their home, getting it cleaned up and ready to put on the market to sell. They worked with me and sent Pete out to give me a quote, went through the house and measured everything so he could give me a solid quote. Gave me 2 types of cleaning - Regular or Superior and I selected the Superior due to the stains throughout the house (each room but one was dirty and stained, the kitchen Berber carpet was the worst). They scheduled me for a week out and I was happy that part was over, they then called me when they had an opening for the next day, I quickly said yes come on over. Pete and Shawn came out and after 3 hours of hard work, the entire house of 2,000 Sq. Ft. was completed and out of all the stains and dirty areas I would say 90% of the carpet was back to looking like new. They had said that certain stains might not come out and I was not surprised at that, but overall the house smells and looks so much better now. I cannot say enough about Tidewater ChemDry, they are the best. They actually care about each and every customer they service.
