Cutting Edge Total Comfort Inc.

I have had someone out to look at my AC system every year for thee past 4 years. The system failed recently and Cutting Edge Comfort was selected by my home warranty service to handle the issue. The gentleman they sent was knowledgeable of the system and kept me informed as to what he was finding. He quickly corrected the problem after identifying the malfunction. I should note that I have complained every year that the system did not appear to be functioning correctly and was always handed the same song and dance about the system only being capable of cooling to 20 degrees below the ambient temperature. Well the malfunction was actually the fan motor and seems to have been going bad for awhile now. The system keeps the house cool at 74 degrees without a problem.
