Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

The customer service skills for their office employees, need to be adjusted. Attacking a customer verbally over the phone due to an error on their behalf is absolutely absurd. They lack serious professionalism and general customer service skills. The technicians were in and out in less than 10 minutes. This company was recommended by my home warranty company. I will be contacting them next to advise of the situation at hand. I do not recommend this company.

DON'T USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!! These idiot's deserve NO stars!! I had a simple problem of needing a new sink faucet diverter. My faucet is a high dollar brass lead free Premier with a brush nickel finish faucet Two kids showed up Didn't check the model of the faucet. Said I'd need a new diverter and charged me $100.00 service call fee through my HWA home warranty. Because my faucet was a Premier faucet with a life time warranty. They said the part was free. Almost 3 weeks later the part arrived and the kid wretched the hell out of my faucet. He had a ring on his finger with badly gouged the nickel finish of the faucet. He finally gave up. They said they'd order me a me faucet. When I inquired about WHAT they ordered. They CLAIMED they didn't know the Make and model of what they ordered. REALLY??? Please. They did send a picture of what thet ordered. With using tin eye, I it was a piece of shit ULTRA brand faucet that would NOT have fit my 3 hole sink. It was only designed for 4 hole sinks...AND it had 1 star reviews for leaking upon installation!! Again. I could have gotten a quality premier faucet with my original premier faucet warranty, and my HWA would have given me a $100.00. They obviously were going to collect my $100.00 faucet replacement fee and try to give me a cheap garbage faucet. When I told them I figured out what faucet they were planing on replacing ( remember they had Said they had NO idea what they ordered) they then sent me to another plumbing company who fixed the diverter in a half hour!!! AND the original diverter that price right pumping ordered was the WRONG part !!!! I'm still left with an now ugly gouged designer sink faucet. Long story short. Don't use these dishonest , under qualified, thieves!!!! They shouln't be in business!!

I disagree with the other reviews. The employees were courteous, answered all of my questions and were very patient with me when I approached the line of becoming annoying hovering over them to make sure the job was done "right". The team did a great job and I would recommend Price Right Plumbing to any of my friends.

These people are crooks. I have a home warranty through American Home Shield, and this is the plumber they sent to my house. Under my warranty modification are not covered. These crooks claim to remove and install my hot water heater they need to do a water line modification. I've been in the construction industry for 20+ years and removing an old water heater to install a new 1 requires no modifications outside the scope of installation. This is another dishonest business taking advantage of warranty customers. There are no water or gas leaks so what are they modifying? I would be surprised if they knew what modification means. Take the cash option, and find another plumber. I would rather give a honest plumber more money than give these crooks 1 dime.
