Terrible company overall, worst experience I have ever had. They cut corners, he tried to walk away from the project with electrical outlets unfinished and doesn't pay subcontractors. He just committed a $12,000 check fraud by giving bogus check to a sub after coming to an agreement. Smoke weed on my premise and I found vodka and beer bottles around the home. Terrible company over all, do not do business with them.

I hired Martin and Samuel Arteaga, to do a complete remodel for me in 2012. My mother had become ill and I brought her to live with me and was going to convert house to rental property, but this, did not happen. From the beginning, I had problems with them, from not obtaining proper permits or plans, per contract, leaving trash in yard, drinking alcohol on the job, cutting corners and just trying to get over. I even threatened to fire them, after a neighbor repeatedly called about lights being left on and trash in yard, but they pleaded for another chance to make it right, of which I stupidly agreed. That was my biggest mistake. They continued their ways, even trying to add services that I never agreed to, and then tried to charge me. We ended up in a long court battle and well, let's just say, I should have fired these scum bags when 1st had a mind to do so. Long story short, run!!! They are dishonest, and will try to cheat you out of your money. What's even worse is that Martin Arteaga, actually tried to run for city politics..I think he would have fit right in with the rest of the crooks.
