Solid Remodelers Inc "Chicago Porch Compliance"

I used their services to build a porch in one of my properties. However, the services provided did not meet legal satisfaction as ordained by the city. The issue is that the foundation of the porch has to be at least 3 feet or more. The foundation they made for me is between 1 to 2 feet and I am unable to get a legal permit for their work. I did pay them roughly $20,000 for the construction. I contacted the company to please rectify this and add enough to the foundation to get 3 feet at least so the city can permit this. I keep being told that they will fix this issue but no one ever shows up and I am very unhappy with the service. As a result I have no option but to leave them a 1 star review and I have also written a letter to Better Business Bereau.
