Probably the worst moving company that money can offer you. Hired the company to turn up in the window of 10-11 AM. So the designated person doesn’t turn up till noon and I gave a call to the company several times to understand when will the driver turn up. And during every call, the customer rep - Danielle - “driver is only 5 minutes away”. Finally gave them an ultimatum at 1220 PM that if the driver doesn’t turn up in next 10 minutes then cancel the booking. Danielle - “sorry there was some issue with truck and it will be there in 5 minutes. And we will accommodate any extension as we understand you are likely to lose elevator reservation window. Please do not cancel the booking.” And miracle! Truck’s here at 1230 PM and I trust her word that they will do the necessary work and ensure complete service delivery. Enter driver Alex (absolutely the rudest person in the world) - “This effort will take 3 hours and now what you want me to do?” Already started wasting 2 hour window. Truck loding takes only 15 minutes and is about to leave at 1250 PM. Now this driver takes the longest possible route to cover 6 miles and reached the destination at 210 PM and asks his men to not unload the truck as he wants me to sign a new contract where the price has been inflated from $425 to $605 as it will take total 3 hours and thanks to late start I have already lost the elevator window for move in. Then I call Danielle so resolve this and her response “what do you want me to do as it seems it will take 3 hours what resolution are you looking for?” Then this driver subtlety threatens me that he will leave with my stuff without unloading, but then decides to unload all my stuff on the street as I caught on to his threat and he understood I won’t pay $605 and forces me to pay the initial amount plus the material (additional $80 which was supposed to ek sort of the contract). I call Danielle to figure out what to do and the great customer representative she is she says she can’t do anything and will ask her manager Josh to call to help resolve this. And here I am where I had to take care of 50% of the whole job, pay the full amount and the company never cared to call me. If there was a way to give them negative rating I would have given them and reduce their overall score. Just stay away from them as there is no concern about users time and money and absolutely irresponsible behavior in handling the stuff. Also you get 50% of the job while paying 100% of the amount.

Without question the best moving experience I have ever had. Family Moving crew were prompt, courteous and very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the move progressed from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend this company without reservations.

These guys are great. I have used them several times now and they are always professional, careful, and efficient. Would recommend them to anyone for a small or large move.
