They are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in my life. This was my very first apartment I got & my first time away from home & they have made the experience for me absolutely terrible. As soon as I moved in I notice all kinds of different problems such as plumbing issues, the A.C was broke, the oven would not turn on, & my apartment was infested with mice. They took their slow sweet time fixing the problems I had in my apartment. Ted the manager was extremely rude & sarcastic & showed that he had little concern for his tenants needs & wants.

Our records show that the following items you brought to our attention were fixed in a timely manner.
1. Your apartment received a new air conditioner
2. The oven was repaired when requested.
3. The loose toilet handle and running toilet were fixed 2 days after you reported it.
4. The building and apartments (that request it) are exterminated monthly and on the tenants schedule, as yours was.
