I had a bedroom window converted to a sliding glass door that lead out to a new patio in the backyard. I was consistently impressed with the quality of the work and good communication throughout the whole process. Mark, the contractor, was easy to work with, no pressure, and kept me updated about the progress.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! They seem to show up when its convenient for their schedule.Jan 30th was told the job would be 4 weeks 12 weeks later job was still incomplete.Laminate floors were installed incorrectly. Kitchen cabinets were USED and damaged. Tile was improperly installed. The owner Mark showed no interested in fixing contract items and is quick to try and get you to agree to punch-list so he can focus on that. in fact his only concern seems to be getting paid. He said items would be fixed in 1 week, 4 more weeks later nothing was done. It was obvious they didn't possess skills to fix problems (or just didn't want to). Being WAY over on time and be inconvenienced for way to long, We finally agreed to a reduced amount so I could get professionals in to fix their mistakes. I wish they focused half as much on quality of work and materials as they do about collecting checks.

I needed to build out an office space within my unfinished basement so I went out and got estimates from several home remodel companies in the area. I ultimately went with Lifetime Remodelers because, in addition to offering a fair price, they demonstrated good communication skills. Anytime I had a question or concern, I would reach out to Mark, and there was just minimal turnaround time when returning my email, text, or phone call. Luckily, this trend continued throughout the duration of the project. The work consisted of framing, electrical, drywall install/sanding, and floor tiling. The contractors on the job were very professional day in and day out. They consistently arrived and left the job everyday like clockwork. When they had questions/doubts about a certain aspect of the work, they had no hesitation asking me for direction. I very much appreciated them doing this; rather than make decisions based on assumptions, they consulted with me first. The project duration lasted 12 days, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I haven't yet had (nor seen) any issues with my office build-out and have received many compliments about it. As an extremely satisfied customer, I will strongly consider bringing them back to frame, drywall, and tile the remaining half of my basement. In short, my experience with Lifetime Remodelers was a very good one. Mark Halperin (and Beri) did a good job at managing the project and checking-in on the work periodically. The contractor crew was very professional, polite, and most importantly they were highly skilled. If I have more home remodel jobs in the future, Lifetime Remodelers will be the first company I call for an estimate.
