This has been a very bad experience for me because of the lack of disclosure on the part of the the owner of My Super Handyman Co. I had to go back and forth with Mr. Randall on Friday only to have him leave with the space being incomplete. This has been a very trying experience. Thank you Nicole. I wish I knew of the pros being guaranteed before I hired this person. I had to call in my electrician because I had an electrical outlet that kept kepblowing out because the owner of My Superhandyman kept plugging multiple tools into outlets. Mr. Grant whom I hired from Porch.com came to the rescue only to discover that an old line in the wall had become disconnected, and other issues. Mr. Randall from My Superhandyman was content in covering it behind the drywall, which according to Mr. Grant would have caused a fire. Mr. Randall is trying to finish the job today and tomorrow. I am going to lay out all of the discrepancies to include paying for my ceiling light in the kitchen in which he broke and the outlet that he covered up in the wall. I would like to know about the guaranteed contractors. I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you. Mrs. Joni Ann Jones-Chaney

I had a wonderful experience with Randall. I had an Over The Range microwave install that I needed done the next day for a party. I called him kind of late at night and expected to get a voicemail, but he answered and arranged to come install the microwave the next morning at 9am. He was on time and was very personable, professional, super fast and most importantly he did a great job. I am so happy with the service I received from him. I will definitely be using him again.
