| Complete Demo and Rebuild | Sep 2015 | Complete demo of a rear 2 story porch including walls, roof, columns & posts. Raked the yard clean. Provided temporary blockage from rear exit doors while work was in progress. Relocated electrical service as needed. Built new rear porch same as existing complying with DCAP guidelines and have the smallest footprint allowable by code. Porch complied with all details and had all hardware required by code. All structural lumber and deck was preservative treated. Since the roof portion of the porch was demolished, provided and installed a new galvanized over sized gutter (over an aluminum clad fascia board), and down spout to service the flat roof | $169k | Chicago, IL |
