I have had an issue w Bird mites and have used and ordered so many over the counter products saying how it would rid of these pesky things that bite you in the night . Causing lack of sleep and lots of stress. I have tried so many products washing everything wiping things down spraying everything w these products and only had some relief. It got so bad the Tedious routine everyday hoping , wishing that the endless night .. the endless routines and products that didn’t end the cycle but only brought some relief. After searching the web in hope of finding help I came across Hunt Exterminators they were the first people who took me seriously because others acted as If it was made up ? Like it was a allergy and skin condition . I didn’t get that response from who I spoke with Jeff. He took the time to listen . He explained he has been in the field for years and has had all sorts of experience. After talking we set up a sixth month treat meant in my hone . I am finally a free woman of endless washing , cleaning the house , routines and products that only masked the situation . I have my life back and am saving money w all the money I had been spending on products that say it’s kills bird mites or any kind of mite .. Did I mention this was 13 years of my life money down the drain . They set up a plan to treat my home for 6 mo’s every two weeks and I have my sanity and my life back .. if you are one who thinks you may have mites things biting you but can’t see them .. Give them a call! It is worth your peace of mind time and money !

August 16 · They take advantage of elderly customers, my proof is i worked for them and quit based upon bad business ethics and practices including internal conspiracies and lies, additionally verbal harassment based on sexual orientation to their employees which was directed at me for being a sensitive heterosexual male from the owner. They also hire ex-felons to work so when something goes wrong the owner can blame them as if he is an angel. Robert Kilby directs all his employees in detail as if he is the DON of organized crime. They also use unqualified employees that don't read labels on the chemical bottles misusing chemicals to service their clients. NO services performed on consumers homes are done correctly or professionally.

Hunt has refused for a year to retreat an active termite problem in my rentals that I have had contracts on with them for over 10 years. For over 10 years I have had termite protection on my three rentals. In December of last year (2016) I discovered active dry wood termites in one of my properties. Hunt was to have treated and protected the property in October of the same year. I called the office. They had someone come out and take pictures of the activity. I was told that her would show them to the owner and get back to me. When I called the office to follow up, I was told by the woman in the office that she needed to pull my contracts and review them. I was taking care of my friend who was dying from Leukemia and did not follow up right away. I was with my friend in Philadelphia seeing an AML specialist when I got the call from my handyman that there were live subterranean termites in the wall of our other property. This was in March of 2017. I called Hunt. I was told to email the pictures to the owner. I did this, and was again told that they needed to review the contracts. I asked again at this time about the other property. I was told that they were having trouble getting access to treat due to the tenant having just had a baby. Months went by and they didn't treat the subterranean in 1117, even though the tenant was available for them to treat. Months later we finally got the owner and a tech to meet us out at the houses to "treat". He showed up two hours late and did not bring anything to treat the houses. He did an inspection of all three houses that he is contracted with and found live termites. He never treated.
