About Heritage Restoration and Painting
Heritage Restoration and Painting Offers high end yet affordable pricing on interior and exterior painting, staining as well as drywall and plaster repair. We also offer other services related to the finishing trades such as trim and finish carpentry. Originally Heritage was a small side business for current owner Eric Pollarine, built through hard work and years of working seven days a week. In June of 2015, Eric went full time with the business, turning it into one of the fastest growing painting companies in the North East Ohio footprint.

I scheduled a meeting to talk about the custom piece I needed made with Heritage for Monday (10/28/2019) morning at 10AM. He told me that the time and date worked so I was excited to meet. That Monday morning, the day of our meeting, at 6:30AM I received a message from Heritage telling me his schedule was too busy and he could not meet. I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism that was shown. I took time out of my busy schedule only for Heritage to cancel the day with no warning. Heritage, if your schedule is too busy to meet with a possible client you should not be taking on new clients and if you are going to cancel the day of is unacceptable. Shame on you, you will not get my business and I will be spreading the word of your unprofessional practice.
