Strong's Appliance Repair & Drain Cleaning, LLC

These jokers were assigned the job by my home warranty company. After a month of my parts being on order I contacted the warranty company. To my surprise the parts were in, so a service appointment was scheduled. The technician/owner arrived saying wrong parts. Fine. Parts were ordered again. After 2 weeks I called the warranty company to see if the parts were in, and again they were. The warranty company contacted these jokers on a three way call. Service was scheduled for Friday. I got a call saying he would be out. Guess who showed? Only door dash, not Strong’s. I called the warranty company Saturday at noon. Service was scheduled again with Strong’s by noon today (Sunday). Again a no show. Called the warranty company-they couldn’t even reach them this time. If I could give negative stars I would. Sadly I’m locked in with this jack wagon and his company because he diagnosed the issue they won’t send another contractor. Good luck to whoever reads this review and uses this company.
