My garage door had been acting up lately. It wouldn't open with the remote control consistently. I called them and was immediately greeted with a friendly employee. He was able to schedule an appointment the day of but I opted for the following day. I was expecting him anytime between 11a to 1p and he arrived shortly after 11a. He did some quick troubleshooting and found it to be the motor/motherboard inside the actual unit. It probably took him about 30 minutes tops to replace and now we have a working unit again. Fast, friendly and fair...I'd recommend these guys to anyone (and will). Special thanks to Zack, our technician, for being amazing.
