hello I’m offering my services of Asphalt&SealcoatPros maintenance, we are doing scheduling for this spring and summer!! We use commercial grade products and give free estimates !! This is the process we offer : Sealcoating driveways : What we do is we scrub the drive way to get rid of any sand or mud that is stuck to the surface, afterwards if you have any grass or any vegetation going into your driveway we do the edging and we get rid of it, We gather it up in a plastic bag to avoid problem with any neighbors then we blow the drive way to get rid of any little sand or dust. We then apply the car oil stain remover and the crack sealant from the smallest crack to the biggest. We then sealcoat the edges by hand, closest to the house or walk way to avoid any unwanted sealcoat on the garage door or concrete etc the we go to spray it with a slightly heavy coat. Patching : We measure and cut around the affected area and take out the damaged and affected area and the we replace it with brand new asphalt, we tack the edges sour can bond with the old asphalt and the we use a plate tamper to compact the pact to leave a nice smooth finish Thank you Ps.
