I won't give them one star as they never did an install. But, as for the sales people, the two star rating is well deserved. I called the company and the salesman who answered reluctantly told us that he "might as well do it himself and come out to look at the job". Far from positive or, for that matter, interested. Okay, maybe he was having a bad day. The appointment time rolls around and who shows up? Another salesman who clearly has no idea that we were expecting to see specific types of samples, which, of course, he did not have. This salesman does the walk through, tells us it will be several weeks before install can be scheduled, and invites us to come to the showroom to look at samples that he wasn't informed he should bring. Pricing for the entire job was discussed, seemed reasonable, so we forged on. In the showroom we picked our product and the job total was again quoted with a promise of a written quote in email to follow. We were stunned when the written quote came in at almost double the cost for the job. No explanation, no apology, just that. Subsequent emails brought the price down to about 30% over the first quote. Yet another company rep advised that they would look getting the price lower. No joy. Conclusions? The sales people we dealt with were poorly trained, lacking in interest, or, and we didn't assume this, looking to soak the customer on a small job for high labor and material charges. Surprised when they asked me to rate them - but here it is!

The job was completed even quicker than I expected, and the results were great. The technician explained which types of stains were tougher to eliminate, so I could appropriately set my expectations prior to the treatment, and then when it was done, he was able to get even more up than I expected.
