Great communication had a couple hiccups but all is well now. Floors are structurally solid and ready for my remodel.

Hired Pro Home Repair to replace my subfloor due to mold and moisture from water damage. They left the perimeter of floor from wall to floor 1/2 up to 2 inch gap. Left holes surrounding spigot valves. Even manager Mike came out and said laundry needs redone, but other two floors are fine. Still have yet to come do that. I said I wanted done right. He suggests we use floor leveler to fill in for the large gaps which is the whole perimeter. Told him I wasn’t comfortable with that due to expansion and cracking. Recently hired a building inspector. We will see what his report says. This is the foundation of my home. He got his money, now I’m on my own. BEWARE of this company.
