I concur with the other reviewer. Very lackluster customer service and CONSTANT excuses. My husband passed away and I had to plead with the Customer Service Representative for my grass to be cut as I asked. I grew tired of being treated as if I was not worthy as a human. My grass continued to grow and grow and grow...and no resolution or even communication. Each time I begged, my services were scheduled, only to be cancelled on the last date of the scheduled service. Please consider another company to save you the headache! Please!

Beware!!! This company is absolutely unprofessional. I am one of the most laid back persons who recognizes things happen. I signed up for the biweekly service. The 1st 3x my yard was cut was pretty good...then, they started getting "sorry". The excuse of maintenance issues started. Ok, no problem, I responded, and stated just come the proceeding week. They do not show. I asked to have my team switched after begging for service (as a customer). The new crew eventually comes and I've been rescheduled 3x since. It's been nearly 1 month since I have had my grass cut---trying to work with this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Customer service provided me with a $15 credit (which I didn't ask for) and could never use. I just gave up today after the 3rd time of being lied to by Customer Service. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TP BE STRESSED OUT AND HAVING TO BEG FOR SERVICES YOU PAY FOR...book them.
