If you are searching for a good and reliable roofer, then I beg you to NOT go with Custom Roofing of South Carolina or Otho Poole Jr. They are literally the WORST contractor that I have ever dealt with. They state they will come on certain days and won't show up. They have had my metal roofing supplies in their shop since the first week of May 2021. As of July 19, 2021, they still do not even have 1/3 of the roof complete. When they do decide to show up (usually only one day a week), they leave around noon or so because they state their hands are too hot to continue to work. As a business owner myself with over 300 employees, I could not imagine treating my customers the way that this company does. Mr. Poole stated, that his people would arrive on July 14, 2021 and not leave until my job was done. Guess what, NO ONE showed up and NO COMMUNICATION. When we finally heard from him over the weekend he stated "Well the world changes". I have no idea how this company continues to stay in business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
