Jason (the proprietor of Bad Dog Flooring) was trustworthy, professional, and did a great job on our floor. As a long-distance homeowner, I didn't have the benefit of meeting Jason in person before hiring him. However, he earned my trust and business because he was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was prepared with a reference when I asked for it. Further, it was easy to reach Jason when I had follow-up questions; primarily through text. When I decided to use Jason for the flooring, he worked hard to obtain the Armstrong flooring I desired and provided a reasonable estimate to do the job. When hiring any contractor, the end product is often what leaves an ever-lasting impression and Jason did a quality flooring installation that I have now been able to see personally. The floor is great and will be enjoyed for years to come. However, what has made this process most rewarding is that I have never hired a contractor without meeting him/her personally. So much of my decision to use Jason was based on the trust and confidence that I was able to gleen from the many conversations and text messages we exchanged. If you value honestly, professionalism, and great results, Jason and Bad Dog Flooring are highly recommended. Don't let the name fool you, this is one "Good Dog"!
