Walked right in and I was VERY impressed with the setting, very clean nice place, they had exactly what I needed, great price great service in and out in a flash and I will go back again soon!

I purchased a water heater on 8/29/2020. I was told it came with 1 year warranty and was a "new" unit. When I took it home I realised it was not a new unit, It had been installed prior to me buying it. One day after the purchase, I saw another charge pending on my card. After calling them and asking about this charge they told me that It was a mistake and will be refunded. To day is 09/19/2020 and I am still waiting for the refund and now one of the phone numbers is no longer working and they do not answer the main line. I will be going to visit the location again and hopefully will be able to get my refund.
