Remove existing laminated back splash and counter tops, plumbing, garbage disposal, plumbing fixtures, sink. Repaired drywall and adjusted all electrical boxes to accommodate the wall tile and outlet plates. installed new granite counter tops and granite window sill under mount sink,and reattached all existing plumbing, garbage disposal and fixtures. installed tile back splash.

On this project we disconnected all the utilities. to begin the Demolition process. this house belonged to the Mother and Father of my client . It had several pieces of furniture and personal belongings that were removed and placed out side so the owner could have them removed. We demoed this house by hand. It was located on an old plantation housing area for servants out in the country with a high fire risk so we opted to use no power tools or tractors. this home is being removed to build a new home for my client. it was very difficult for me to tear down this childhood home of my client. all the history and childhood memories of him playing in the front yard as his father and mother would leave to work each day. These memories that were associated with this home were told to me from day one to the very end of the project it was like I was there. everything was neatly stacked and placed to be removed at a later date. I look forward to being a part of the new Home that is to come.

Demo existing concreteand haul off. Install pressure treated 4' x 4' piers 2 ft. deep in 100 Lbs. of concrete each and complete the project with pressure treated lumber . I assembled the whole project with Deck Mate screws Deck Mate screws do not rust or rot like nails do thus protecting my clients investment for years to come. the existing concrete patio was removed because she entertains on the week ends (wine tastings etc.), so we designed a deck that would not only accommodate the number of tables she required for her guest but also allowed her to use her BBQ grill and fire pit without taking up any space from the 16' x 16' deck we built for her by adding two wings on each side of the deck in mid construction may I add to accommodate the fore mentioned BBQ grill and fire pit to add ambiance to the new deck and finally we treated it with Thompson's water seal, and the wine tastings continue.

Removed original windows and install new vinyl windows as we removed each window we noticed that each frame was severely rotted and water damaged so we removed the drywall around each window and discovered that the rest of the framing around was also damaged as seen in the photos, and up on further inspection also noticed that the electrical outlets and wiring were also damaged, so I removed all the damaged framing and electrical and replaced all the damaged framing with pressure treated lumber and all the electrical wiring was replaced with ground rated wire and installed all new drywall taped and bedded it client wanted to paint herself, to prevent further damage to my clients investment on her home all framing was assembled with Deck Mate screws
