Within 5 minutes their subcontractor, yes they subcontract work, Odell Lawn Service in Austin, Katy and Dallas Texas TX, shattered one of my French Door Windows. 5 Minutes. I am about to have knee surgery, hence the #tryrobin promo seemed like a great service to help me. They offer free mows for your first visit. Not only did Odell Lawn Service in Austin TX 512-501-0793 do a horrible job and my lawn is full of leaves, my grass is long and my rock beds are full of tree fluff, Odell and Robin had the audacity to say they would clean it up if I paid $30 a bag. You would think doing the service correctly would be the LEAST they could do after the damage to my property. You would think. This company and their contractors are not only unprofessional, they are dangerous and their work is shoddy. This happened 5 days ago and the owner of Robin Lawn Serves Try Robin, Wes tried to offer to these same idiots Odell Lawn Service to "replace the glass." Well this is an exterior door that requires proper sealant and gas and a professional licensed installer, not these clowns. I insisted only a professional could install glass. He said they would just order a door. Well it has been 5 days and one storm later and they haven't done anything. To order a new door is like $125 and they STILL haven't done it! How hard is it??? I finally called and got the instructions from Home Depot on how to order the door, it could take up to 3 Weeks! But I found out they could call right now and it would only be 5 days. I never want to see their idiot Odell Lawn Services contractors again. I don't want them in my house, let alone doing anything to my property. I have told Try Robin Set It and Forget It Lawn Services in Texas that mows your lawn, but not really, and damages your property, and instead of using their insurance and getting professionals to fix the damage, tried to cut corners and takes their time to respond that this is unacceptable. Still waiting... Take a look for yourself and ask yourself if a free mow is worth the property damage, and not even a decent lawn service? You have been warned.
