Awful experience. Do your research (carefully) before using this company. I hired them replace broken attic stairs around the beginning of August. Tom (the owner) said that they had a hard time finding a ladder to fit my attic (they're available on home depot's website for $200), but found one that was better than what was on his estimate so I'd have to pay an additional $100 (total $400); but he wasn't making a nickle on it. During installation, Tom mis-measured the trim and cut it wrong. He wanted me to add an additional $35 to my invoice because he couldn't take it back, and "this was money out of his pocket". I balked, he admitted this wasn't fair to me and for my sake, he'd eat the cost. There's a pretty noticeable gap between the stairs and ceiling. Not the worst thing in the world, but for $900 you want it to be right. Tom points at the crack and says "It came from the factory like that. You can't hold that against me! Sometimes they straighten out." If you *know* something's wrong with your work why would you say you're done? Why would you point out the defect to the customer and ask for payment?! I get that its my responsibility to make sure I'm happy before I pay, but they looked at this and said "This is acceptable. We're done. Pay us." And so, like an idiot, I paid... After installing the ladder, I complained about it not straightening out. They said they'd fix it. Almost every single time I made contact with them (which is hard), two weeks would go by where I wouldn't hear anything. I'd leave voice mails, but no return. *Angry* voice mails were returned with a flurry of excuses and empty promises. They were always super busy, the stair manufacturer wasn't being responsive, their inspection team hadn't looked at it yet, the stair manufacturer sent a replacement but it was bad, Tom had to go to Houston to repair a water main break (wth?), we'll have this done by 12/10. Finally, I gave up. When I started looking into them, I discovered that a majority of the work they claimed to do is fake, and they stole pictures from houzz.com and legitimate, quality businesses. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Not a great company at all!! Very slow. They don't listen, they say thing that are not true, come to find out that they did not even use the correct paint for the trim we picked out and we need it for touch up. Sent email asking what they used and they never emailed back. The help was sloppy, not sure where they got their help from. If you use them make sure you give them a list of every thing you need cuz they do not ask you. You want a room painted and they give you a price make sure the trim is included because they charge you a la cart!!! You ask them to fix paint spots that were not covered or textured and they don't fix it. Asked that they clean paint brushes out side and to stop using my sink to do it and they continued using my sink. Some did go out side but left hose on and it ran all night! You tell Gina and Tom the owners and they just look at you you. Ask Gina and Tom who their boss is and get a contact number before you start job. They mention several times saying " the boss" but when you ask them who the boss is they get nervous . Was told by the son who works for them that the business was his mom and dads ? They all smoked and would put their cigs out in my patio planters or under out door rug . All and all I would never recommend them to anyone. No stars given here.

They were amazing, they tore down my whole bathroom and rebuilt it in less than two weeks with brand new painting, beautiful crown work and even installed the toilet sink shower and spa to perfection. These guys are definitely going to be coming back to my house in the near future. Highly recommend these good folks. If I could put 10 stars I definitely would. Very friendly and fast!!!!
