I have been waiting over 4 months to get my house completed. I paid for 3 new turbaned on the roof, but received the old ones which were un-bent with a pliers. I toook days off from work, to be here to remove the dogs from the backyard, anad they did not show. They showed up to work at 6:00 am without any notice and started ripping my roof off in the rain. They called at 8:00 am in the morning as I was leaving for work and told me they would be there in 15 minutes to look at the work to be done the next day. Did not ask, but told me. They they did not show up at all. They asked for the entire amount of the contract when they were only halfway done. I can not reach anyone at the 4 phone numbers I have, so I cannot talk to a real person, except Nelson who is not in this division of the company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They have another division refurbishing homes and all their cash and workers go to that business first.

Great service, fast, was always keeping me informed of all work and insurance claim information. Crews were on time and cleanup of work areas was good.
