| Oak Cliff roof replacement in preparation for home's | Nov 2014 | We worked extensively with the owners of this gorgeous home near Ravinia Grange in Oak Cliff. The 20 year roof was at its end, and the owners seized the opportunity to upgrade to GAF Timberline HD shingles in Pewter Gray to compliment the paint. The garage needed some structural attention to address a sagging area, which was completed in one day. New ridge vent replaced the old turbines for better attic ventilation. Lastly some maintenance was performed on the cedar shake gables and the chimney caps. | $9k | Dallas, TX | |

We stripped the layers, 2 cedar shake and 2 composition, and then set to address the ridge, sagging under the weight of the layers for 20 years. The ridge's center was down 8". The ridge and rafters on the front elevation were removed and replaced.
