HOME INSPECTION SERVICES: I am a Licensed, insured and certified home inspector and mold assessor in the State of Florida. I am also a member in good standing of the Inter-National Association of Home Inspectors. I am trained and certified in the inspection of a home's structure, systems and components. My home inspection reports are a snapshot in time of the home's physical condition. It indicates what may need major repairs or replacement. My detailed inspection reports include photos and information on any material defects I observed on the date of the inspection. A professional mold test starts with a thorough inspection of your property, I will investigate any signs of past or present water intrusion, which can promote mold growth, I will then take samples of any suspected mold growth and send them to a laboratory for analysis & verification.
