Direct Comfort Heating and Cooling

Do not use this company. The system they installed two days ago keeps cutting off and they want to charge me to come out to do a diagnostic test. The lady on the phone then blamed me for taking the cheap way out for not purchasing the Air Handler with the Condenser at the same time. I purchased the Air Handler from then just a year ago. Not everyone can afford to drop $4,500 into a complete unit all at once. Very rude to have made this my fault. When I shared my disappointment, and asked the lady to stop talking over me, having to then speak over her to get a word in, she hung-up on me. They now will not answer or return my calls. Stay away from this company.
