I am so delighted I choose Luxury Interiors Design to help me with our new home from the beginning. We avoided so many unnecessary builders upgraded cost, which give us more money to make our home absolutely beautiful. Mrs. Jeffrey's really knows how to Design a space and I have worked with 2 other Interior Designers Before, She has an eye for Design she is not your generic Designer either. She really Challenges her creativity in every way. Thank you Mrs. Jeffrey we love our new home.

I contracted with Rokella Jeffrey to remodel my bathroom on 10/20/2020. Figured I’d give her a shot regardless of her having only three reviews on Google. Biggest mistake of my life! Prior to me hiring her, she advised that she did her research on prices of products that would be installed in my bathroom. She made promises of her being able to provide products on a budget and that she had suppliers that she could go to to obtain these products. However, about halfway through the remodel, I started receiving the products that Rokella supposedly purchased from her “supplier”. She ordered the products without consulting me on price and had them shipped to my address not knowing her “supplier” included the invoice. Turns out her supplier, was Walmart and Amazon. She asked me for a deposit of $1000 on day one, a few days later she asked me for an additional $2150 Stating it was for the products and to begin the labor. Within a matter of one week she requested even more money. So the first week I literally paid her over $10,000 to provide the products and to pay the contractor she hired. On 11/4, I had requested on the phone to obtain the detailed receipts of all of her items that she purchased for my renovation. She advised that her and her husband would come to my home that evening to discuss the costs. When they showed up, they had absolutely no receipts at all and proceeded to tell me that her supplier only excepting cash and that she did not have a receipt. I had advised her that it was unacceptable and as a business she should have all appropriate documentation. Her husband and I had requested on the phone to obtain the detailed receipts of all of her items that she purchased for my renovation. She advised that her and her husband would come to my home that evening to discuss the costs. When they showed up, they had absolutely no receipts at all and proceeded to tell me that her supplier only accepted cash and that she did not have a receipt but she’s “try” to get them. She had the audacity to ask my husband why we did not trust her with our money!? I advised her that it was unacceptable and as a business she should have all appropriate documentation. Her and her husband i’m going to raise their voice in my home stating that we did not believe them regarding the products they purchased. The next morning, Rokella sent me an email with screenshots of the three major items that she ordered from Walmart, Home Depot and amazon. Here’s the kicker, for the receipt from her supplier, it was merely a word document with a list of generic items and a price that totaled almost $6200. I google searched all of the items that she had purchased and found the identical items for a grand total of $4000. In the same email, she advised that she was terminating the contract because of the confrontation in our home. I requested that she send a difference back for the inflated products because of the bogus receipt that she provided. Please do your due diligence people when you are doing a bathroom remodel and do not go to this company at all. Look up her name Rokella Jeffrey and Michael Davies. They are fraudsters! Go onto the Orange County website to look for her record. This is not the first time that she has done this. And unfortunately I did not find out until a week into our project. We hired Mrs. Jeffrey to help us initially with wall color advice and also multiple room "updated" advice. In no time at all, it all came together! She was point on with helping a beautiful, but old brick home become "trendy". Didn't take much at all, but certainly needed that expert eye! Please do yourself a favor and call Mrs. Jeffry for anything at all!

Mrs. Jeffrey is creative and pragmatic, a rare find when working with an interior designer! I have considered options I love, that I would not have before, with her as my guide. She is calm, thoughtful and composed, and makes the home decorating process less stressful and fun.
