Southland Custom Homes

Southland Custom Homes has done an amazing job building our new home. From the design, color selection to the actual build they were always customer service oriented. I had heard horror story on the quality of materials with new homes today and their need to build as fast as possible. This is not the case with Southland, they use quality materials, what I saw was the best in the business and they never take short cuts. Todd, our Project Manager always kept us informed on the status of the build. When I called him he would always answered his phone and made himself available to answer questions. Everyone in the neighborhood had to come and see, the house looks great and turns every eye that drives by. It is perfect... If you need a builder I highly recommend this one, no short cuts just quality to the finest details! Jodi our design consultant was very helpful with making selections, and was always available to assist. Great customer service!
