Big Dave's Appliance Repair

We entrusted our Kenmore refrigerator to Big Dave’s for repair (was not running)! 6 weeks later we were able to retrieve our appliance and found it in worse condition than we left it! The unit was filthy on the outside, the door handle was broken, and there were dents on both sides and front! Each time I reached out to David he refused to communicate back unless I reached out again! Nearly 6 weeks later no resolution to our situation! I’m very disappointed with the service we have been given and would only have hoped we could come to a suitable agreement on the damage our appliance received in his care!
