They called and let us know that they were running a bit late…only about 30 minutes. Once they arrived they completed their work in a very timely manner. The drain is now clear and running very well. The team also thoroughly checked any other adjoining pipes to make certain they weren't clogged. The crew cleaned up the work area afterward, as well as they offered us a discount for not arriving exactly on time, which we thought was fair. Yes, we will be definitely be using their services in the future.
