I had a new hvac installed in 2018. For the last two summers I couldn’t understand why there was zero air coming to the second floor. Today had a furnace replaced and was informed that the guy who installed it shoved the coils in a position so that it fit instead of redoing some things for proper air flow! So now I get to pay extra for that!!!! Never again!
