  | Screen repair, entry door replacement | Jun 2014 | A small project where we repaired a bad screen door (just in time to keep the pests out for the summer!) and replaced the entry door. The materials were all provided by the homeowner. | $320 | Des Moines, IA |
  | Closet renovation | Jan 2013 | The homeowner had an unused masonry chimney that rand through the middle of the house, taking up valuable closet space. After the installation of a high efficiency furnace (vented through sidewall with pvc pipe) and an electric water heater, the chimney had outlived it's usefulness. The homeowner wanted to reclaim this valuable closet space. In order to reduce costs, the homeowner demolished the chimney himself and removed all of the old plaster and lathe. We then came in and took care of some framing issues, installed brand new sheetrock (and texturized it), flooring, hardware and energy efficient bright led lighting.
