Enviar Management LLC

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Enviar Management LLC, a property management company operating in Georgia, for their unprofessional, deceptive, and potentially unlawful conduct related to a rental application submitted by myself and my co-applicant. Complaint Details: On July 2, 2025, and again on July 7, 2025, we submitted applications to Enviar Management LLC for a rental property they had listed. On July 7, they contacted us urging a second application be submitted for my husband along with background check fee for me, with a warning that failure to do so would result in our application being denied the very next day. We complied and submitted everything the same day. Shortly after our submission, the rental listing was removed online, and the property began showing as “off market.” Despite this, the company still collected our application and background check fees without notifying us the home was no longer available. Worse, after several days of silence, we received a delayed response claiming our application had been denied due to income issues only after I reached out multiple times stating I would report them If i did not receive a response. However, we met the financial qualifications for the property and have had several property managers — managing homes with higher rent — confirm we meet income standards using the same documentation. They also falsely claimed that my co-applicant (husband) was called with this denial, yet no call, voicemail, text, or email was ever received. We verified this through phone records. Furthermore: • They never answer their phones despite multiple calls made during business hours. • They ignore emails unless we explicitly state we will report them. • They continued to collect application and screening fees even after pulling the listing and offering no communication or transparency. This type of behavior is not only unethical but could be seen as deceptive business practices. We believe this company is violating tenant rights and misusing consumer funds, possibly with predatory intent. We are concerned not only our identity and personal information have been compromised, but that we have now lost out on almost $200! The company will respond with false claims but we have documentation showing otherwise and have reported them to GREC, BBB, and CFPB as well as seeking legal advice. Please avoid this company at all costs!

Who is over this company no customer services they actually will go back and forth with paying clients and care less about you as a paying tenant 120 dollars prices increase in one year runnnnnn.
