Les Grumdahl Window & Siding LLC

We had new windows put in by Les Grumdahl window and siding and had a very good experience with them. The crew were very good and professional at what they did. We are also having them reside our house. I am looking forward to working with them again. I would definitely recommend them for your windows and siding.

Les Grumdahl and his crew recently finished some work on my home and my neighbors home (it was happening concurrently). His crew finished at my home approximately two weeks before the other job. When both jobs were complete, Les personally came with his large truck to remove a large trailer (containing tools and equipment) from the job site. In the process, my wife watched as Les drove the truck and trailer through my yard (backing up multiple times), creating large ruts and other damage to an embankment near my driveway. Les, fully aware of what he had done, drove away without apologizing or addressing it. When I called to request that Les come to take a look, he arrived and proudly admitted to it; he was concurrently unapologetic and smug about the whole affair and offered strange justifications for his actions. I do not know in what universe tearing up someone's side-yard is acceptable, let alone something to be proud of. It is all so bizarre. Why didn't Les stop and fix the damage immediately? Why did I even have to call him in the first place? Where is his integrity? Les runs his business with a serious lack of professionalism. Based on our conversation, this is a man who believes that his reputation in a small-ish town affords him the opportunity to dismiss legitimate concerns. Not only do I suggest that you stay away from using Les for work on your home, I also urge you tell your neighbors, since work on their property may result in damage to your own!
