Splash Window Cleaning

Purchased a living social to get my gutters cleaned. Read through all the fine print to make sure they didn't exclude gutter guards before purchasing. Technician just shows up to do the cleaning and says 'oh, we don't do those'. Hmm....why didn't they ask this before scheduling the appointment? Why isn't it in the fine print? Called their manager and she's say 'it's in the voucher'. I said 'no, it isn't, and I'll be happy to send you my voucher so that you can read it yourself'. Then she backtracks and says 'well, the voucher is for cleaning. not for taking apart gutter guards'. Excuse me? What kind of company are you? Just fair warning...they will either trick you into buying vouchers that they can't honor or try to overcharge you once you've taken the day off from work to be here for the service. I would like a refund and payment for the lost half day of work. Ugh.
