John Zakher did not complete 2 of my projects and stole both down payments. He is now avoiding phone calls. After signing contracts John was unable to read plans and submittals. He framed my job wrong and we had to redo it after he disappeared with my money. DO NOT GIVE JOHN A DOWN PAYMENT.
