I have a roofing company preparing to install a skylight on my sloped roof. Since they only handle the exterior portion of the work, I need someone who can cut the opening (around 24 by 46 inches) in the interior part of my ceiling where the skylight will go, make sure there's no electrical or HVAC in the way, and box the area off.
