Southern Remodeling

Buyer be warned!!! This company replaced my siding in 2016 and it was the beginning of a headache. They first didn't replace my outdoor recess lights and didn't reconnect my door bell after they had taken them down. I called and spoke to the owner. She said someone will come the next day. The next day came and the next thing months had passed no one came. I ended up contacting BBB and finally my stuff was fixed. Now I have a leak on the corner on my living room and through the fire place that they rebuilt. I called them again nothing happened as usual. I contacted BBB for the second time and they sent an incompetent sales man, who said they will bring the crew to fix the issue. This was back in Jan 2019, we are now in April and they want to blame it on the roof when they didn't seal the edges and roof guy confirmed that it was where the water comes in. Now that they got our money they are playing games!!! I have contacted BBB yet again and instead of sending someone NOPE!!! they are playing games. Their Customer Service is horrible

Melissa and Mark set us up great. We were looking at wasting over $10,000 with another company. We will just say company "B." Southern Remodeling took the time to explain what we did and didn't need as far as siding. We were told that fiber cement siding was not allowed by company B and we needed special masonry work done -- not cheap. In reality, our subdivision just doesn't allow older cheap siding. In the end, we got exactly the siding we wanted and in the color we wanted, Monterey Taupe, same as the James Hardie siding we first saw in Home Depot. I will say Mark did his best to sell us all new windows, but we had to put that off - at least for a year. They surprised us and came back with a deal including new windows for the front for not much more. Southern Remodel was still $11,000 cheaper than the other guys. Our curbside appeal is amazing and our neighbors can't get over the difference. Give Southern Remodeling a call and tell them Jason & Anna Holland referred you. That way we can pay for the back windows.
