Don't waste your time with this guy. Called to get a quote at the beginning of May. Was told he was 2-3 weeks out to complete the survey, which was fine. Confirmed with him that we wanted to move forward with the survey when I spoke to him on May 16th, and he again said 2-3 weeks out. After 3 weeks had passed and I hadn't heard from him, I called to follow up. It is now June 17th. In the last week, I have called 5 times and left 2 voicemails and have not received a response. I have no confidence that he will complete the work as agreed, and my project is now delayed at least a month as a result.
