Ed Gray received $2825 for poorly executed design work. He hired a draftsman who he represented as an architect by omission. Ed Gray never signed a contract to avoid responsibility of shoddy design work. He never answered questions about the design that were impossible to read nor would he give me an approximation of cost. He just wanted me to select a remodel design even it didn't suit our needs. Other contractors told me that they were worthless. Our family has a special needs adult who requires special accommodations.
